What is the review process of GoRunGoReviews.com?

We do research on the products in the category.  We look to online community boards and other consumer blogs to find out what people are using and what they think about those products.  We constantly monitor our competition.  We look for what users are researching.  We scan and research credible online awards. We scour and scrutinize useful sites, blogs, feeds and anything we can.  We also look through reviews and articles written by other experts. 

Through this research, we find the top products in the category and at this point we take a closer look by testing and comparing those products.  Many times, our testing shows the online research we've conducted is accurate.  Other times, our testing may indicate a new or different product deserves a higher ranking.  All of this is considered when we rank and review products in this site.

How do we decide what to review?

First, we try to find out what people are interested in.  We look for products or services that are in demand.   We look at market trends, search engine traffic, and consult with experts on these topics.  We also take comments and feedback from our visitors.

How does GoRunGoReviews.com provide unbiased reviews?

At GoRunGoReviews.com, it's our main goal to be unbiased and accurate.  We work our hardest to ensure that the information on our site is accurate.  This includes our own testing.  Manufacturers, advertisers, or partners do not influence our editors.  That may seem tempting, but our long-term goal is to build a site with a lot of accurate, useful content so you keep coming back.  That's the ONLY way we'll stay in business for the "long haul".

For a site to be viable, there has to be a business model that is sustainable.  GoRunGoReviews.com is no exception.  Our site does accept advertising, and we do  receive a commission for some of the products we review.   The review process is unbiased because it's separate from the sales process.  In other words, we research, test, and rank products, and then, find ways to get revenue if possible.   By keeping the reviews and sales separate, we provide accurate, unbiased reviews that are helpful and useful to you.  If you're happy with our recommendations, you will likely return to us when you're doing research on another product. 

How "fresh" are the reviews on GoRunGoReviews.com?

We have an editorial process that is quite involved.  One of the jobs of the editors is to look over the oldest documents on our site.  We have the ability to sort the entire of list of documents on this site by age.  We are constantly looking at the oldest document, reviewing it, making sure it's current and accurate.  We make changes when necessary, or delete it.  Once finished, we mark that document as being "current".  This process goes on forever!  Basically, we get through all documents in the site once per month.  This is a high priority for us because an old review is basically useless.

With the speed of the Internet, we realize current product reviews are essential.  We promise to do whatever we can to get you the information you need when you need it.   We strive to make our reviews fair and useful.  We promise to be as accurate as possible..
